Dear AIS,

I called on Monday 10/6 about my CD burner, and Roman was at my door on Wednesday 10/8 with a new one - AND he was right on time, as always. I can think of several local businesses that should be looking to eHUB to learn what customer service excellence truly is. I've been a client since 2006 and will continue to be.

My CPU has about a month of warranty left. The burner went bad and you replaced it; no questions asked, no haggling, no problems.
